Close to the finish line for writing my Memoir

I’m close to the finish line for writing my Memoir. Troubles with proofs and legal issues with memoir are making the going a bit slow, but the book is due out at the end of next month or the beginning of June.  For those who follow my blog who would like to write a book, it is not an easy task. re-writes even appear when it comes to the proofs toward the end of the process, which I am working on right now.  Also for this book I am using different size pictures of my life and it is a bit harder to fit it into the book then prints the same size.  So it is a bit of roller coaster right now.

 

I am also working production for Sherri’s Playhouse.  We are getting resumes for actors and I am working to get the plays going. We are now accepting resume for actors for parts in the radio plays. Losing Myself In My Writing

One of the perks of being a writer is losing yourself in your writing when things go wrong.  This week I had several writing drags and I worked diligently on all my writing projects because personally it was a rotten week.  I dislike when things go wrong.  I like to lose myself in writing, reading and watching favorite tv shows and movies.  Some drink, some take drugs, some shop.  Me I either work on my writing or stick my nose in a book.  I am a readaholic and I am proud of it.

Busy, busy, busy!

I have been working hard this week, Two of my books are finally on their final stages so I have been going through the proofs, checking everything carefully.  Soon I will be sending out to a few readers to find out what they think and they will be published. I am on the third draft of my play for Sherri’s Playhouse and because I am a nut fan fiction. Busy, busy, busy!

 

 

 

 I was so happy to  take part in the ANNUAL AUSXIP STARSHIP CHARITY AUCTION. There were a lot of great rare items and all the money goes to this great children’s charity, Starlight Foundation and from what Mary D told me it made a lot of money.  My autograph copy of Murder Inc was won and will be on the way next week, I am so happy to help such an important cause!
