Death Before Wicket by Kerry Greenwood
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
This was an usual one because it was in Sydney so it was only Dot there to help out. Jack Robinson was mentioned as source to be referred by but really Phryne is pretty much on her own. I was surprised by the ending, it was not who I thought it was and I didn’t see all the layers of the crime till it was explained by Phryne in a most unusual way. I love archaeology and mythology so it was right up my street so I did enjoy it, and I thought it gave Dot a chance to shine a bit more, since she was looking for her sister. I am looking forward to the next one.
