I came home to a couple of nice surprises, the first is a project that I had feelers on but nothing solid. Now it is and I just started working on it.  All I can tell you is that it is a writing project. The second is confirming that I will be going to another convention this time for my book Fantasy Time Inc. at the;

Birthday Break

I am taking a bit of my break from the blogging and the Blogtalk radio show. So I will be quiet for two weeks. My birthday is coming up and I think I deserve this gift of quiet. I will be back of course my next episode of Chatting With Sherri is actually the day after my birthday, Feb 18th. My birthday is on Feb 17th so that will work out well. My next blog will be on Feb 20th. I have been working very hard for over year with out a break. Some days I’ve worked a whole 24 hrs. on two or three projects. Am I justifying taking time off? Yeah, probably if I am honest my gut tells me I  should not stop but my heart and my health tell me I need a break.

I will work on my writing , working out, visiting with friends and family during the break. Doing fun stuff.  I’ll still do my yoga and I’ll still do my meditating. All things I had to fit in. The passion I have been the most lax about is my writing. I work on it three or four times a week instead of everyday. I have so much writing to do so I am going to take that time for that as well. It has been a really long time since I had time to do much of that so I am taking the time for me.

Speaking of writing I am happy to let you know that my friend Nancy Cornell-Healy was just published for the first time!  I interviewed Nancy twice. First about working on a new book and then as an author about to be published. A Special Hour Of Chatting With Sherri

On Thursday I had an amazingly great time with Hudson Leick and Steven L. Sears on Chatting With Sherri. Happy New Year Everyone!

I hope everyone had a great holiday 🙂 My New Year was eating chips and dip. Watching old classic musicals. I went to a few minutes past midnight but you know what that was fine with me. I feel really good about this year. I have hopes that it will be a positive and happy year for everyone. Don’t ask me why because I have no idea it is just an inner feeling.
